Whether you're reaching out for yourself, a parent, a tenant or a client, you're already doing the hardest part. Our Ottawa hoarding cleanup crews are trained to handle severe clutter with empathy, total discretion, and the patience the situation deserves. We sort, clean, sanitize, and partner with junk removal — all on a flat, written quote.
Every situation is different. The pace, scope and tone are set by the homeowner or family — not us.

A trained lead (usually solo) visits, looks at scope, identifies biohazard concerns, and gives you a flat written quote within 24 hours.
Working at your pace, we separate items into keep / donate / recycle / dispose. Sentimental items are flagged for client review before anything leaves.
Once spaces are cleared, our regular cleaning team performs a full deep clean and disinfection, restoring the home to a livable, healthy state.
Most of the calls we get for hoarding cleanup don't come from the person living in the home — they come from someone who loves that person. An adult child trying to help an aging parent. A sibling stepping in after a hospitalization. An executor sorting through an estate. A property manager facing a tenancy issue. A social worker arranging support for a vulnerable client.
Whichever side you're on, we've been there before. Our crews are trained not to comment, not to react, not to photograph identifying details, and not to discuss the project outside the team. We work with the pace and emotional capacity of whoever is in charge of the decisions. After the initial cleanup, many clients transition to regular house cleaning to maintain their newly restored space.
If you're reaching out for yourself: thank you for trusting us. We're going to be kind, slow when needed, fast when wanted, and quiet about every part of this.

Absolutely. Our crews are trained to approach every hoarding situation with empathy, patience and complete discretion. We don't take identifying photos, we don't talk about projects outside the team, and we work at the homeowner's or family's pace.
Project-based. Single rooms start around $1,800; apartments around $3,500; detached homes $6,500+. Severe or estate projects are custom. We always provide a free in-person assessment and a flat written quote before starting.
Yes — and we encourage it when the homeowner is comfortable. We frequently coordinate with adult children, executors, social workers and property managers arranging the cleanup on someone's behalf.
Light biohazard (animal waste, food contamination, mild mold) we handle directly with PPE and the right chemistry. Severe biohazard, blood or trauma scenarios are coordinated with licensed Ottawa biohazard remediation partners.
A single cluttered room is usually 1–2 days. A multi-room apartment 2–4 days. A full home 4–7 days. Estate or extreme cases may run several weeks. We can also work in phases over time when that suits the client better.
Sometimes — if cleanup is medically required, ordered by a property manager, or part of an estate, portions may be reimbursable. We provide detailed invoices and can coordinate with insurance adjusters or POA holders as needed.
