Scrub & recoat
Mid-cycle restoration. Top layer scrubbed off, 1–2 fresh finish coats applied. Quicker and cheaper than full strip.
Full strip & wax
The complete reset. All old wax stripped down to raw floor, then 4–5 coats of new finish applied. Annual cycle.
Emergency restoration
Flood damage, dye spills, traffic burn-through. We can usually save floors others want to replace.
