We're a locally owned cleaning company that started in 2017 with one promise: when you book us, the team shows up, does the work properly, and your space is genuinely cleaner when we leave. Eight years later, that's still the entire pitch.
In 2017, our founders were trying to find a reliable cleaning service for two small businesses in Centretown and one new family home in Barrhaven. Three different cleaning companies. Three different problems. Rotating cleaners who never learned the space. Quotes that crept upward each invoice. Communication that vanished the moment something went wrong.
So they hired one cleaner directly, trained her on a written checklist, and let her keep the route. Within a year there were six cleaners. Within three, a small operations team. Today, The Ottawa Cleaners is 35 trained employees across the Capital region, serving 2,400+ homes and businesses with the same simple model: assigned teams, written checklists, flat-rate pricing, and a real local manager who picks up the phone.
