Pricing & quotes
Standard house cleaning: $140–$240. Deep cleaning: $280–$520. Move-out: $260–$580. Airbnb turnover: $85–$220 per visit. Commercial: quoted per facility. We always send a flat, all-in quote before booking — no hourly surprises.
Flat-rate. You see one all-in number before booking and that's what you pay — whether the team finishes in 90 minutes or 3 hours.
Yes. Weekly plans save 20%, bi-weekly 15%, monthly 10% compared to one-time pricing. Multi-unit Airbnb hosts get volume discounts beginning at 3 listings.
No deposit for residential. For first-time commercial accounts we may request a small holding amount which is credited against the first invoice.
Insurance & team
Yes. Every team member is a W-2 employee, background-checked, bonded and covered under $2M commercial general liability and WSIB. Certificates of insurance provided on request.
Employees. Every cleaner is on payroll, with paid sick days, ongoing training and direct supervision. We don't use gig workers.
Yes — that's our default. On recurring plans we assign a dedicated team to your address so quality compounds week over week.
In-person interview, criminal background check, three reference calls, two weeks of paid training shadowing a senior cleaner, then a final solo-shift evaluation before solo assignments.
Service areas & scheduling
Central Ottawa (Centretown, Glebe, Westboro, ByWard, Hintonburg), Kanata, Nepean, Orleans, Barrhaven and Gatineau (Hull, Aylmer, Buckingham). Plus Stittsville, Manotick, Riverside South, Cumberland and Navan.
Residential: typically 3–5 days. Move-out: usually next day. Commercial: about 7 days from site walk. Urgent same-day: call 613-212-9006 directly.
Yes — Saturday is a full operating day. Sunday is limited to urgent move-outs and Airbnb turnovers.
Standard office cleaning happens between 6pm and 10pm. We adapt to building access and tenant preferences for 24/7 facilities.
Supplies & products
No. We arrive with all equipment and supplies: HEPA vacuums, microfibre cloths, mops, buckets and Health Canada DIN-approved disinfectants.
Yes — plant-based, biodegradable and fragrance-free formulations available on request at no additional charge. Ideal for households with allergies, asthma, kids or pets.
Yes. Our standard products are all certified safe for occupied homes. Tell us about pets or kids and we'll switch to plant-based, fragrance-free options.
Policies & payment
Recurring plans: pause or skip with 24h notice at no charge. Under 24h: 50% holding fee. Commercial: month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation clause.

No. Most clients give us a door code, smart lock, lockbox or building concierge access. Arrival and completion notifications keep you in the loop.
Credit card, e-transfer, or (commercial only) net-15 invoicing. Recurring residential bills automatically after each visit with an emailed receipt.
Tips are never required or expected. Our cleaners are paid above-market wages on every shift. If you want to leave one, 100% goes directly to the cleaner.
