How Electrostatic Differs

Why spray-and-wipe doesn't cut it for true disinfection

Standard cleaning wipes the visible surfaces of objects — tops, fronts and sides you can see. Electrostatic spray applies a positive electrical charge to disinfectant droplets as they leave the nozzle, which causes the droplets to wrap around objects, coating sides, undersides and the back of door handles, equipment, monitors and chairs. Combined with the right dwell time, that's what actually kills the bacterial and viral load on a surface — not what wipes it away cosmetically.

We pair electrostatic application with our standard cleaning crews so you get a cleaned surface AND a disinfected surface — in that order, because disinfectants can't penetrate organic soil. Skipping the cleaning step is the most common reason DIY disinfection fails. For comprehensive facility hygiene, we recommend combining disinfection with regular office cleaning or commercial cleaning services.

Clean THEN disinfect

The order matters. Disinfectants can't kill what soil is hiding.

Dwell-time observed

Most disinfectants need 5–10 minutes wet to actually work. We time it.
